Celestial Mesh Bustier Cocktail Dress

Born out of the fact that I didn't want to wear the dresses I already had in my closet to my cousin's wedding...I decided to finally use some fabric I horded a long time ago and make a new dress for myself! This embroidered mesh has a beautiful pegasus and starburst all-over-embroidery....It was screaming at me to do something with it. It's definitely got the Glinda-the-Good-Witch vibes, which I'm totally okay with. Feminine yet modestly provocative with the sheer bodice.
